Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson comes from a musically inclined family. She grew up listening mostly to traditional music, old boleros, and the traditional romantic and ranchero ballads. Ana loves tangos as well drama and opera. Ana began learning to sing and play music from an early age, along alongside her mother. The formal singing instruction when she was 16 years old with the renowned Mexican Tenor Flavio BECARRA. Her musical education continued at the School of Music of the University of Guadalajara, and later at the School of Sacred Music in Toluca, Mexico. In her early career, she included performances with a variety of opera choruses, chamber groups and chamber groups in Guadalajara. When she moved in California in United States in 2000, she joined the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before making the move to her current home in southern California. She is a frequent soloist at events, private parties and other occasions and performs classical Latin American Music. As an active performer as well as an instructor and instructor, her passion for music and art keeps her active in a variety of different projects. Ana is also a former member of the Community Chorus of Redlands. The Inland Master Chorale. and the Performance Loft. Ana feels privileged to have the opportunity to share with others her passion for the traditional Latin American music. She hopes that this will encourage younger generations to preserve the traditions.
